LOCATED IN THE COMMUNITY OF FRENCH HARBOR CENTER OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROATAN IN A HISTORICAL BUILDING THAT BELONGS TO THE ARMED FORCES OF HONDURAS. IT IS RENTED TO THE STATE FOR BEING A HISTORICAL PLACE, MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A CULTURE HOUSE IN BAY ISLANDS, SHOWING THE HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT, FOSTERING THE ARTS AND PRESERVING THE CULTURES.
